James Wagman Architect, LLC is a New York City architecture firm founded in 1999 by James Wagman, who trained at Pratt Institute. The firm designs residential, commercial, and institutional projects, and its renovations, restorations, and new buildings at landmark Manhattan addresses have been covered in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Following a Passive House transformation of a Brooklyn brownstone, JWA shifted its focus toward sustainable design; Wagman holds AIA, LEED AP, and NCARB credentials and leads a team of LEED-certified professionals.
