The firm continues under principals Antonio Figueroa, AIA, and Bernard Kho, AIA, with a long history of historic preservation and public-sector work for clients including the New York City Transit Authority, NYC School Construction Authority, and NYC Department of Correction, including projects at the Plaza Hotel, Grand Central Terminal, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
