MDSG Studio

Long Island City, Queens glassblowing studio producing free-blown and cast glass, stained glass, fusing, slumping, and cold-worked pieces for lighting projects, large-scale installations, and tableware. The team applies traditional hot-glass techniques alongside contemporary cold-working methods for custom, made-to-order commissions. MDSG operates from a roughly 2,000-square-foot studio in a 19th-century ivy-covered building set around a cobblestone courtyard, staffed by gaffers with decades of combined experience in hot and cold glasswork. The studio designs and fabricates architectural stained-glass panels and blown-glass pieces primarily for hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential clients.
