MOREMAS

MOREMAS is a multidisciplinary architecture studio with offices in New York City and Madrid, founded by partners Paula Rosales Torroba and K Kim. The New York studio is based on the Bowery in Manhattan. The practice works on research-driven residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including investigations into prefabrication and multifamily housing. Principal K Kim is a licensed architect in New York and California and an AIA member; his work with MOREMAS includes the HOME affordable-housing competition organized by the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art.
