Lighting Design StudioEst. 2007

Architectural lighting design firm headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, founded in 2007 by Stephen Margulies, Jack Bailey, and Fernando Soler, whose partners and staff bring more than fifty years of combined lighting-design experience. The studio's team works across academic, cultural, hospitality, office, residential, and wellness projects, with work including BlackRock's headquarters and 50 Hudson Yards, designed in collaboration with architects Foster + Partners and James Carpenter Design. Other projects include the ExxonMobil corporate campus, Princeton University's Lewis Science Library, UBS Tower, 77 Hudson, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
