Architecture FirmEst. 2013

New York architecture and urbanism practice founded in 2013 by Adam Frampton and Karolina Czeczek, who met while working at OMA's Rotterdam office. Only If is known for the Narrow House, its own residence built on a 13-foot-4-inch-wide Brooklyn lot, nominated for the 2022 Mies Crown Hall Americas Prize; the firm was also named to Architectural Record's 2022 Design Vanguard.
