Studio Job

Studio Job is a design and art practice founded in 1998 by Job Smeets, joined for two decades by Nynke Tynagel until her departure in 2020, and based in an atelier in the Netherlands. The studio produces sculptural, narrative-driven furniture, lighting, and objects using traditional techniques including bronze casting, hand painting, and blacksmithing alongside contemporary fabrication methods, with past collaborators including Moooi and Royal Tichelaar Makkum.
