Alen Moghaddam

Alen Moghaddam, AIA, is a Partner at Urban Architectural Initiatives (UAI) in Manhattan, having practiced architecture in the tri-state area since 1999 and joined UAI in 2004 before becoming a principal in 2014. His expertise spans real estate market analysis, zoning, building codes, and construction cost management, with a specialty in mixed-use and multi-family residential development from site selection through construction administration. Over his career he has overseen more than 1,000 residential units and directed projects valued at over $200 million, including Win Jackson Avenue in the Bronx and Forsythia Village and Herkimer Gardens in Brooklyn.
