Alkis Klimathianos, AIA, was named Co-Managing Principal of Perkins Eastman's New York studio in May 2026, alongside Rachel Birnboim, succeeding Jean Gath in the role. Based in New York's Financial District, he has been instrumental in developing the firm's commercial design practice and has cited a focus on human-centered design in leading the studio's team.
