Carl Rothbart

Carl Rothbart, Assoc. AIA, is a principal at Architectural Preservation Studio, DPC in New York with more than 30 years of experience in historic preservation, exterior restoration, and waterproofing. He oversees building inspections, facade assessments, Local Law 11/98 critical examination reports, repair-procedure design, and construction administration on historically significant structures, working with State Historic Preservation Offices and the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. He holds a B.Arch from CUNY City College (1982), a construction technology certificate from NYU (1978), and a BA in English from Queens College (1977).
