David McCarty

David McCarty is Vice President at Alloy Development, a boutique real estate design and development firm based in Dumbo, Brooklyn, where he directs acquisitions, entitlements, and project financing. Before joining Alloy, he served as Director of Real Estate at the Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and held positions at Equity International and RCLCO. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
