Architect-led developer founded by Jared Della Valle and Katherine McConvey. Since 2006, Alloy has completed over $1.6b in work as stewards of Brooklyn's built environment, designing and building its own projects including 505 State Street (New York's first all-electric skyscraper), One Third Avenue (aspiring to be the world's tallest passive house tower), and One John Street in Brooklyn Bridge Park. The firm is an interdisciplinary partnership of designers, analysts, brokers, and builders committed to rigorous analysis and quality design.
