AJ Pires

AJ Pires is President of Alloy Development, a Brooklyn-based real estate development firm he co-founded in 2006, where he manages acquisition, capitalization, design, construction, and disposition of projects. He began his career as a project manager for Peter Walker & Partners on the World Trade Center Memorial, and has taught real estate development and design at Syracuse University, Columbia University, NYU, the University of Pennsylvania, and Parsons. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a Master of Architecture and real estate certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional.
