Jen Grosso, AIA, is Director of Architecture at Alloy Development in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood, directing the design and architecture team for a large mixed-use project in Downtown Brooklyn. She has more than eleven years of experience in real estate design and architecture, previously practicing at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, where she led projects including 35 Hudson Yards and 1865 Broadway. Grosso holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from NYU, is a licensed architect in New York State and a LEED Accredited Professional, and serves on the BWAF Board of Trustees and the Phius Board.
