Jared Della Valle is an architect and real estate developer, and founder and CEO of Alloy Development, the DUMBO-based firm he co-founded in 2006, which has managed the acquisition and pre-development of more than two million square feet in New York City, including sites in Chelsea, Hudson Yards, and Downtown Brooklyn. He is developing the Alloy Block, a multi-building complex planned to include office space, roughly 850 homes, two schools, and cultural and retail space. He studied architecture and urban studies at Lehigh University and earned a postgraduate degree in architecture and construction management from Washington University in St. Louis, and is a LEED-certified, NCARB-certified, licensed New York architect and a Fellow of the AIA.
