Katherine McConvey

Katherine McConvey is Chairman and co-founder of Alloy Development, a Brooklyn-based real estate development and design firm she started with Jared Della Valle in 2006 to build sustainable, equitable projects in Brooklyn. She brings financial expertise to the firm and is also founder of KMM, a telecommunications supply-chain business established in 1991 that has grown into the largest independent reseller of cable and wire in the country, with revenues exceeding $1 billion. Under her and Della Valle's leadership, Alloy has developed more than $1.1 billion in Brooklyn real estate projects.
