Dereck Hough

Dereck Hough is Chief Executive Officer of Pembrooke & Ives, a New York interior design firm, which he joined in 2025. He brings over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and real estate development, having previously founded a vertically integrated development company managing projects from conception through design, construction, and completion, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. He holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Virginia.
