Douglas Emilio

Douglas Emilio, Assoc. AIA, is a principal at Architectural Preservation Studio, DPC in New York, where he has spent 32 years leading adaptive reuse and exterior envelope projects for public clients such as NYC agencies, the GSA, and the State University Construction Fund, as well as private owners. His work has earned recognition from the New York State and Westchester + Hudson Valley AIA chapters, the Brick Industry Association, and McGraw Hill Construction. He chairs the Hastings-on-Hudson Architectural Review Board and is a trustee of the Westchester County Historical Society, and holds a B.S. in Historic Preservation from Roger Williams University (1992).
