Ed Shim

Ed Shim, AIA, NCARB, is a Managing Partner at HLW and a licensed architect in New York and Florida, with nearly 30 years in architecture including 20 years at the firm. He has directed a broad portfolio of projects and expanded HLW's multifamily high-rise and commercial work; since 2014, the Northeast region under his guidance has completed more than 10 million square feet of office and residential development. He is now based in Southeast Florida, developing HLW's West Palm Beach operations, with expertise in hospitality and residential design.
