Steven Gambrel is the founder and president of S.R. Gambrel, an interior design firm he established in 1996 after earning an architecture degree from the University of Virginia. His work, spanning residential and commercial commissions as well as custom furnishings, has been published in World of Interiors, Architectural Digest, House & Garden, Town & Country, House Beautiful, New York Magazine, the New York Times, and Elle Decor. His first book, Time and Place, was published by Abrams in 2012.
