Elide Rathborne

Elide Rathborne has served as Director of Design at Bond Collective since 2015, joining the company (then known as Coworkrs) through a college connection to its real estate team. A graduate of the Sotheby's Institute of Art, she oversees creative design concepts, layouts, furnishings, and finishes across Bond Collective's coworking and private-office locations, coordinating with the branding and marketing teams. Under her direction the design portfolio grew from three initial projects to more than a dozen locations totaling over 500,000 square feet, and she also built out the company's in-house procurement department. She grew up in Westchester County, New York.
