John C. Deerkoski is Senior Principal and Transportation Practice Leader at Thornton Tomasetti in New York, with more than 30 years of transportation engineering experience serving public and private clients. He leads strategic planning and teams for the design, analysis, rehabilitation, and inspection of roadway, transit, and railway bridges and tunnels. His project work includes the Governor Mario M. Cuomo, Verrazano-Narrows, Ed Koch Queensboro, and Brooklyn Bridges, the Queens Midtown Tunnel, and Grand Central Terminal, along with projects for Metro-North Railroad, Long Island Rail Road, and New Jersey Transit.
