Founding Principal at Urban Quotient, PC

Samir S. Shah, AIA, is Founding Principal of Urban Quotient, an architecture practice he established in 2010 in Brooklyn focused on affordable housing, institutional work, cultural facilities, development, and planning. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and bachelor's degrees in architecture and environmental design from the City College of New York and North Carolina State University. He is a former Fulbright Fellow in Art & Architectural History and a former Design Fellow with Architecture for Humanity, and has served as an adjunct instructor and guest critic at CCNY's Spitzer School of Architecture and Parsons School of Design. He is NCARB certified and licensed in New York State.
