Jorge Chang, AIA, LEED AP, CPHD, is a Partner at Urban Architectural Initiatives (UAI) in Manhattan, which he joined in 2005 and was promoted to principal in 2015. His work emphasizes equitable, resilient, and sustainable design, combining conscious space planning with detailed knowledge of NYC zoning codes and building regulations. Within the firm he oversees graphic marketing review, BIM and accounting software integration, and project management processes, and he steers UAI's sustainability and Passive House initiatives. His notable projects include Prospero Hall, the Islamic Center of Long Island Mosque & School, and Timbale Terrace.
