L. Stephen Hill

L. Stephen Hill is a Founding Partner of Hill West Architects in New York, with a career in the city's architecture spanning more than three decades. A graduate of Pratt Institute, he is a licensed architect in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Before co-founding the firm, then known as Goldstein, Hill & West Architects, in 2009, he worked at Costas Kondylis & Partners. His work spans high-rise residential, hotel, retail, and office projects, including the historic renovation of The Plaza Hotel, the Passive House project Gemma Gramercy, and the Olympia project in Brooklyn, a 2023 World Architecture Festival finalist.
