Laurinda Hope Spear is a co-founder of the architecture firm Arquitectonica, established in 1977 with Bernardo Fort-Brescia, Andres Duany, Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, and Hervin Romney. She continues to lead the firm, whose notable projects include the Atlantis Condominium and American Airlines Arena in Miami and a Westin Hotel complex in New York City.
