Leyden Lewis is the founder and creative director of Leyden Lewis Design Studio, a Brooklyn-based interior design practice he established in 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in architecture from Parsons School of Design, The New School, and since 2017 has served as director for the Institute of Continuing and Professional Studies at the New York School of Interior Design. His work, which draws on Trinidadian heritage and classical Modernism, has appeared in Architectural Digest's AD100 (2021-2024) and ELLE Decor's A-List (2019-2023). He is a founding member of the Black Artists + Designers Guild.
