Peter Bafitis, AIA, is president of RKTB Architects, P.C. in New York, having served as managing principal since 2004 and joined the firm in 1995. With over thirty years of experience, he has directed major projects in multifamily housing, schools, hospitals, transportation, adaptive reuse, and large-scale urban design. He is a registered architect in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and has co-chaired the AIA New York Chapter's Housing Committee since 2014.
