Richard Kronick

Richard N. Kronick is a co-founding principal of Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects, DPC (GKV Architects), established in New York in 1995. Over his career he has designed more than 40 million square feet of space, including serving as principal-in-charge and design principal for the 320,000-square-foot North American headquarters of Allianz Global Investors and leading the LEED Gold interior build-out at One World Trade Center. He also directed construction of 640,000 square feet of office space for the City of New York and sits on the board of trustees of the nonprofit Project Renewal.
