Sital Patel

Sital Patel is Managing Principal at S9Architecture in New York, where he has shaped the firm's organizational and operational processes since 2012, drawing on more than 30 years of experience across architecture, engineering, and development. He oversees studio management, human resources, operations, and technology infrastructure, with project work spanning adaptive reuse and workplace developments at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and office-to-residential conversions in Manhattan. He previously chaired Jersey City's Historic Preservation Commission, holds a Certified Development Professional credential from ICSC, a BA in Art History from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Master of Architecture and BA in Environmental Design from Dalhousie University.
