Susan Klumpp Williams

Susan Klumpp Williams, AIA, LEED AP, is co-CEO of HOK and managing principal of the firm's Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Tampa, and Miami studios. She also chairs HOK's management board and sits on its operations committee. She has been with HOK since 1985, leading complex projects across the U.S. and internationally, and became the first woman CEO in the firm's history when named co-CEO alongside Eli Hoisington in 2023.
