Tapani Talo is the owner and principal of Talo Architect, P.C. (Green Passive Architect) in the New York City area, with roughly four decades of architectural experience. His practice covers commercial and residential design with an emphasis on green and passive architecture, including large Class A office buildings, museums, stadiums, and airports as well as custom green residential projects. He earlier worked as a principal designer with Edward Larrabee Barnes, Philip Johnson, and Steven Holl. Talo earned a BA in Architecture with Honors from Ball State University and completed RIBA Part One at North East London Polytechnic. He is a member of the AIA and the Architectural League of New York, and originated the Young Architects Series.
