Terence Main

Bronx-based furniture artist making biomorphic, sculptural furniture in cast metal and stone that evokes fossilized natural forms. Trained at Herron School of Art and Design and Cranbrook Academy of Art, he moved to New York and later co-founded the design partnership Main & Main. Work is held in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Brooklyn Museum; represented in Manhattan by Superhouse.
