Tim Fryatt, AIA, is a partner at Marvel, the New York-based architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design firm, with 25 years of experience developing places. He is known for the adaptive reuse of the Battery Maritime Building in Lower Manhattan and the Pierrepont project in Brooklyn. He studied architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
