Tom Lopes

Tom Lopes, AIA, LEED AP, is a Principal and Healthcare Studio Director at SBLM Architects, where he has worked since 2005. He leads multidisciplinary teams delivering projects in healthcare, wellness, retail, commercial, and higher education, and serves as the firm's Sustainability Director, liaising with the U.S. Green Building Council on sustainability and resiliency initiatives. His project experience includes Kohl's Design Center, an IHG retail plaza, and St. Johns Hospital.
