Doll Dressing
Sep 16, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027
About
Curator Colleen Hill traces how fashion dolls have shaped and mirrored clothing design, from 14th-century miniature models to contemporary runways, across more than 170 objects spanning garments, dolls, accessories, and art. Six thematic sections, including "The Dollhouse" and "Broken Dolls," pair full-size pieces from Balenciaga, Comme des Garçons, Maison Martin Margiela, and Jonathan Anderson's Loewe with dolls such as a licensed Twiggy figure and vintage Sindy ensembles.
