Interactive workshop led by Miquela Craytor, founder of Craytor Strategies, on resolving client disputes over the value of design services, from payment terms and cost overruns to scope creep. Aimed at design professionals who, in Craytor's view, are often skilled at expressing ideas but lack strategies for navigating these conflicts, the two-hour session pairs instruction with practice and group discussion to build practical communication tools. Craytor has advised on stakeholder engagement for clients including Ford Motor Company's BlueOval project.
