The route follows Broadway's diagonal cut across the grid from Union Square to Madison Square, using roughly 65 years of development, 1865 to 1930, to trace the city's first Industrial Revolution boom. Stops include the Lincoln Building, Zeckendorf Towers, the Warren Building, the Flatiron Building, One Madison Park, and the commemorative Madison Oak tree in Madison Square Park.
