Bernheimer Architecture PLLC

Bernheimer Architecture PLLC is a Brooklyn-based, unionized architecture practice led by founding principal Andrew Bernheimer, FAIA, who is also Associate Professor of Architecture at Parsons School of Design in New York City. The firm provides architectural design, interior design, construction administration, and planning services, with a portfolio spanning affordable and market-rate multifamily housing, private residences, civic and cultural projects, furniture design, and art installations across New York City and the region. In 2022, Bernheimer Architecture's staff formed the first private-sector union at a U.S. architecture practice in over 90 years, ratifying its first contract in 2024.
