Brooklyn gallery in Industry City curating 20th-century furniture, lighting, art, and artifacts, founded in 2000 by Sohrab Bakhshi. Beyond sourcing and restoring vintage and industrial pieces, the gallery produces CF Signature, an in-house line of custom tables, seating, lighting, and mirrors in an industrial mid-century idiom, and offers custom upholstery. The gallery originated on Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill, helping revive the strip as a design destination, before moving to its current 4,000-square-foot Industry City space in November 2019. Bakhshi developed his eye after immigrating to New York by way of Iran and Israel in 1980.
