Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design (CBB)

Manhattan architectural lighting design firm founded in 1985 by Francesca Bettridge, Stephen Bernstein, and the late Carroll Cline. Certified as a woman-owned business enterprise, the roughly 18-person studio designs lighting for corporate offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, museums, and retail interiors, and has expanded internationally with a Korea-based office, CBB Asia. Notable projects include the LEED Platinum Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park in Manhattan, Torre Iberdrola in Bilbao, Spain, and early LEED work on the William J. Clinton Presidential Center. The firm has received more than 200 industry honors, including Lumen, IALD, IES Illumination, and NLB Tesla awards.
