Clodagh Design

Studio of Irish-born, New York-based designer Clodagh, who opened her practice in the mid-1980s after earlier careers in fashion design and residential work in Spain. Widely regarded as a pioneer of wellness and biophilic design, she draws on feng shui, chromotherapy, and sound and light engineering to create calming, sensory spaces. Her portfolio spans hotels and spas for brands including Six Senses and Hyatt, the Miraval Life in Balance Spa in Arizona, and private residences such as Robert Redford's New York apartment. She received the International Spa Association's ISPA Visionary Award in 2007.
