Textiles & Surfaces Studio

Manhattan textile and print design studio operating for more than three decades, producing original CAD and hand-painted prints, colorways, and trend forecasting for fashion and home-furnishings clients. Co-founded and led for most of that history by creative director Nancy Fire, the studio drew on a team of designers based in the US and abroad and worked with clients including Macy's, Calvin Klein, HGTV HOME, Food Network, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art; digital printing was handled through a sister company, First2print. The studio's own domain is currently offline; its continued operation is documented only through industry trade directories rather than a live company site.
