Messana O'Rorke is a New York architecture and interior design firm founded in 1996 by Brian Messana and Toby O'Rorke. Messana holds a B.Arch from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an M.Arch from Columbia University (1992); O'Rorke trained at the School of Architecture at Oxford Polytechnic. Known for a minimalist design approach, the firm works across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and cultural projects, and its work is the subject of the Rizzoli monograph "Messana O'Rorke: Building Blocks."
