The New York office of the Rotterdam-founded Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA), co-founded globally by Rem Koolhaas, led locally by partner Shohei Shigematsu. OMA New York's projects include a seven-story addition to the New Museum on the Bowery, its first cultural building completed in the city, designed as a contemporary "pair" alongside the museum's original SANAA-designed home.
