Architecture FirmPAU (Practice for Architecture and Urbanism) is a New York City studio founded and led by Vishaan Chakrabarti, FAIA, dedicated to advancing sustainable, equitable cities through architecture and urbanism. Senior Principal Ruchika Modi, AIA, and principals Mark Faulkner, Bryan Dorsey and Julia Lewis round out the leadership. Notable work includes the adaptive reuse of Brooklyn's Domino Sugar Refinery, the Sunnyside Yard master plan in Queens, and, as of 2026, the redevelopment of New York's Penn Station for Amtrak and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
