Family-owned carpet and rug company founded in 1938 by Arthur and Nadia Stark, headquartered at the D&D Building in Manhattan. Manufactures hand-knotted, tufted, and other carpet constructions in wool, silk, and other fibers, including original designs through its in-house Stark Studio Rugs collection. Merged its textile division with Scalamandré in 2017; now led by third-generation family members Chad Stark (CEO) and Ashley Stark (Creative Director).
