UAP (Urban Art Projects) is a public-art fabrication and consultancy firm founded in Brisbane, Australia in 1993 by brothers Daniel and Matthew Tobin, with a New York City office in the Financial District and a fabrication facility in the Hudson Valley (the former Polich Tallix foundry, acquired in 2019). The firm's workshops handle welding, casting, stone masonry, and robotic milling for large-scale public artworks and architectural commissions worldwide.
