Co-founder, with Andre Herrero, of Charlap Hyman & Herrero (CHH), an architecture and design practice established in October 2014 with studios in New York, Los Angeles, and Mexico City. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design in furniture design and art history, Charlap Hyman leads the firm's interiors work across residences, buildings, set design, galleries, and retail. He was named to Forbes' '30 Under 30' in art and style in 2018, and CHH received the Smithsonian's National Design Award in 2026.
