Chen-Huan Liao

Chen-Huan Liao is a Partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) in New York, overseeing the firm's planning and building design work in Asia. He joined the firm in 2005 after earning a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University's GSAPP, and has guided large-scale multifamily residential and planning projects in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Hong Kong, and Taipei. He is a registered architect in New York and a LEED Accredited Professional, and co-authored "Continuous Cities," a paper published by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat on strategies for walkable large-scale planning.
